McDonald's Corporation is being investigated by the National Labor Relations Board for firing workers for union activity. The Fast Food Workers Committee is claiming that McDonald's fired 9 New York-area workers since November 2012 for organizing and helping other workers organize. In similar news, workers at a Subway in NJ successfully organized with RWDSU.
