Food for thought. With Labor Day fast approaching, try and remember what we are really celebrating. Labor Day is not just about BBQ's, it's about our history as working people and the unions we formed. We should all be inspired by all the low wage fast food and retail workers who are protesting across the country. We take for granted what we have - those workers are fighting for their survival. It's a good discussion to have, a little "food for thought" at your Labor Day BBQ. - Ed Conklin, President of IBEW 1049
