Richard J. Brandenstein
Richard J. Brandenstein received his undergraduate degree from Dowling College in 1971, and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1975. He is a specialist in Administrative Law in the areas of New York State Workers’ Compensation, New York State Disability, as well as workplace discrimination, general litigation, and the general practice of law, including matrimonial. He has extensive trial experience in many areas. In addition to his responsibilities of handling his own full case load, he supervises and trains many of the associate legal staff.
